Customise Orders
We are able to customise certain products upon request, mail us at info@woodwonders.co.za and we will discuss your requirements.
How long does delivery take?
KZN : 1-3 working days
Other main centers within SA : 3-5 working days
Outlying deliveries within SA : 7-10 days
Can I order items that are not in stock?
Yes please mail your request to us and we will schedule it to be made and give you a date estimate.
Can I pay via EFT/Bank Transfer?
Yes we have this option when checking out.
Can you send me a tax invoice?
Your invoice will be mailed to you when your order has been paid for at checkout.
Do you have a showroom?
Not at present but this is on the cards if the volume warrants it.
How do I track my order?
Soon after completion of your order you will be mailed a tracking number.
How much does delivery cost?
We charge a flat rate of R95 within South Africa.
How do I change the delivery address before shipping?
If you have not received your tracking number yet then we can change the delivery address
